Honey, especially Raw Honey, has huge benefits as compared to the commercialized honey. Commercialized honey is pasteurized and the process of pasteurization causes destruction much of its beneficial nutrients.

Raw honey has been, since ages, used for various health benefits. Raw honey from honey bee is a natural sweetener containing numerous molecules like glucose, fructose, water, proteins, amino acids, and enzymes, vitamins, and phenolic compounds – (phenolic compounds are traditionally used to treat diseases like cardiovascular, infectious, inflammatory, metabolic and also various cancers) and flavonoids – (flavonoids help alleviating neuroinflammation and cardiovascular inflammation)

There are numerous biochemical, biological, and physiological properties of Raw honey that are beneficial to humans. There are studies that prove that Raw honey has protective effects on learning and memory also including morphological enhancing brain areas related to memory.
